On Thursday 7th March we took part in a girls football event to acknowledge International Women’s Day. The team consisted of seven girls from phase 3 from across our mainsite and Milestone @ Leigh provisions. The morning consisted of a skills carousel in the morning with a self esteem workshop taking place alongside activities. After lunch we competed in an inclusive football tournament and the girls enjoyed competing against the students from the other secondary schools in the Dartford and Gravesham area and made new friends along the way.
