Eight students from Milestone @ Leigh took part in the LAT secondary sports day at Dartford Harriers Athletics club on Tuesday 11th July. Students had qualified after placing well in their respective events on the Leigh Academy sports day. The event was made up of talented athletes from each secondary school within LAT. Special mention to Frankie Smith who won his heat in the 200 metres and also Logan Turner who finished 4th overall in the 1500 metres and won his heat in the 100 metre sprint. Big thanks to the staff at The Leigh Academy and young helpers for running a great event.
